Booking & Payment Policy

All services must be booked in advance unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due as outlined at the time of booking or invoicing.
Some services may require a deposit to secure the booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the agreed rate.
ByDonnCo reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at its discretion for any behavior deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or inconsistent with company values.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee or forfeited deposit.
Repeated late cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Failure to show up without notice will result in a no-show fee or forfeited deposit.
Multiple no-shows may result in restricted or denied future bookings.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or cancellation if it impacts other scheduled clients.
Full service fees may still apply for late arrivals.

Due to the nature of services provided, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Deposits are non-refundable.

A consultation may be required before booking creative services.
Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and revision limits will be agreed upon prior to the start of work.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
Final deliverables will be provided within the agreed timeframe.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ByDonnCo retains ownership of all raw files and working project files.

Turnaround times are communicated at booking and may vary based on project scope.
Weather-related reschedules may occur to ensure quality visuals.
All visuals are licensed for marketing and MLS use unless otherwise specified.
Images and videos may not be altered or resold without written permission.

All prayer requests submitted through this website are treated with care and confidentiality.
Submissions may be shared anonymously for prayer purposes unless otherwise requested.
ByDonnCo does not provide professional counseling or medical advice. Prayer requests are offered in good faith and spiritual support.

Personal information submitted through forms is used solely for communication and service-related purposes.
Information is never sold or shared with third parties without consent.
